Glossary

The core terms used across the Wadoozie network.

Wadoozie

The returning signal that takes a character's form. Wadoozie travels by tour bus across the United States, activating nodes one state at a time, and exists where online culture and physical reality bleed into each other.

The Feed

The hidden layer beneath visible internet activity. In the story, it shapes what spreads, what gets seen, and what gets lost. Every platform draws from it. When The Feed is whole, the signal moves through it whole.

The Drift

The breakdown of attention into disconnected pieces. The condition the network falls into when communities form around moments instead of missions and momentum disperses before it becomes anything durable. The Drift is what Wadoozie returned to fix.

Signal

The returning force carried by Wadoozie. It activates the network and brings nodes online.

Node

A location in the network. Each state acts as a node that can move from dormant to active. Forty-eight nodes in the United States, with more across the Atlantic.

Dormant / Active

The two states of a node. Dormant nodes are waiting for the signal to arrive. Active nodes are live — fragments have entered the field and the community has begun to converge.

Activation

The moment a node becomes active. Movement, content, clues, and participation all converge when a state goes live.

Activation Cycle

The sequence of events within a node. A state becomes active, fragments are released, participation increases, and discovery continues even after the mission moves on.

Recovery Window

The period during which a fragment can be claimed after it enters the field. Unclaimed hidden fragments after the window closes can be burned, reallocated, or rolled into the online pool. The default is burn.

Signal Fragment

A mission-linked unit tied to a node. There are 576 fragments across four tiers — 336 hidden across the 48 states (seven per state) and 240 in the online pool. Fragments are discovered, recovered, and verified through real-world and online participation. Each recovery helps keep the network active.

Tier 1 / 2 / 3 / 4

The four rarity tiers of Signal Fragments. Tier 1 (Common), Tier 2 (Uncommon), Tier 3 (Rare), and Tier 4 (Legendary). The tier multiplier runs 1x / 3x / 10x / 30x over a base unit, so rarer tiers carry exponentially larger payouts.

Online Pool

The 240 Signal Fragments distributed through the digital layer rather than hidden in physical states. Online fragments release primarily through daily blog posts on wadoozie.com.

Map

The visual layer of the network. It shows active nodes, progression, and where the signal is live.

Tracker

The real-time view of the mission. It shows where Wadoozie is and which nodes are active.

The Tour

The visible journey. The tour bus, the published route, and the schedule that takes Wadoozie through all 48 states. The Tour runs roughly four and a half months, opening in Austin in late May and closing in New Orleans at the end of September.

Tour Acts

The eight narrative chapters of the 48-state tour. Each Tour Act groups a contiguous run of state activations into a single story beat — defined by geography, chronology, and a Flagship climax where one applies. The Acts are: I. The West Coast Landing, II. Vegas & The Mountain West, III. The High Plains, IV. Heartland Turn, V. Rust Belt, VI. New England Loop, VII. NYC + Mid-Atlantic Descent, VIII. The Finale.

Flagship

A high-priority activation that opens or closes one of the eight Tour Acts. Flagships are extended, high-production stays that anchor the narrative spine of the tour. The seven Flagships are Austin (TX), California, Las Vegas (NV), Chicago (IL), New York City (a 10-day Flagship), Miami (FL), and Nashville (TN).

Secondary Activation

A supporting state stop with full activation but lighter production than a Flagship. Secondary stops fill in the route between Flagships and often produce the most surprising community turnouts.

Blow-Through Stop

A connector activation that moves the signal between bigger moments. Smaller footprint, faster pace — but every node still activates and every state still releases its seven Signal Fragments.

Watcher

The entry point into the network. Watchers follow the mission, observe the system, and learn how it works. Everyone starts here.

Participant

Someone who engages directly with the system. Participants follow clues, recover fragments, and take part in activations on the ground.

Publisher

A participant who distributes the signal by clipping, posting, remixing, and submitting content through the Publishers Center. Publisher work is paid from a dedicated 7% of total supply.

Publishers Center

The platform where publishers create profiles, submit content, track performance, and compete on leaderboards. Lives at publishers.wadoozie.com.

Take Part

The participation layer of the Wadoozie ecosystem. Take Part connects users to live campaigns, community actions, missions, challenges, and visible progress — answering the question "what can I do right now?" Distinct from the Tour Acts (the eight narrative chapters of the tour).

DAO

The governance layer of the network. The DAO controls the locked liquidity pool, the Treasury, and other community decisions through on-chain proposals and voting.

The Mission

The real-world movement of Wadoozie across the 48 states and beyond, structured as eight Tour Acts. The mission drives activations, content, and participation, and is what the rest of the network builds on top of.

The Network

The full system of nodes, fragments, participants, and distribution. The network expands as the mission moves.

$WADZ

The native ERC-20 token of the Wadoozie ecosystem on Ethereum. Effective supply of 1,000,000,001 tokens. $WADZ is the coordination layer underneath the system — supporting rewards, progression, and access. It supports the network. It doesn't drive it.

Effective Supply

The permanent circulating-eligible total of 1,000,000,001 $WADZ. Two billion tokens were minted at genesis and 999,999,999 were burned at launch. The remaining figure is what every allocation, payout, and price calculation is built against.

Liquidity Pool (LP)

The ETH/$WADZ trading pair holding 75% of supply (750,000,500 tokens). The LP is locked and DAO-governed — no individual or team wallet can move the LP tokens. Any change requires a passed on-chain community vote.

Treasury

The 10% allocation (100,000,000 tokens) held in a multi-sig wallet under DAO governance. Funds CEX listings and market making, operational reserves, grants and partnerships, marketing, and token buybacks. Every spend requires a community vote.

Publisher Rewards Pool

The 7% allocation (70,000,000 tokens) reserved specifically to pay publishers through the Publishers Center. The largest direct-payout allocation in the entire tokenomics.

Wadoozie Genesis

The single symbolic $WADZ minted to the address resolved from wadoozie.eth at launch. It exists so the character is on-chain in a verifiable way. It never moves.
